  • Delivery Errors : If you do not receive the activation key 24 hours after completing your purchase, please contact us to arrange for the shipment or refund of your order.

  • Non-Functional Activation Key : If an activation key does not work within the first 30 days after purchase, Virtual Keys will process a refund once our technical team confirms the issue. For this process, we require the customer to provide access to the necessary resources to verify the problem.

  • Exclusions : Refunds are not issued for general dissatisfaction with the purchased product or for errors in product selection. Virtual Keys reserves the right to evaluate and accept or deny refund requests. In the case of purchases made in error or accidentally for products containing serial numbers or activation codes, once delivered to the customer, no refund can be issued. This is because Virtual Keys cannot guarantee that the code will not be used subsequently, either before or after the return request.

Activation Requirements : To be eligible for support and a possible refund, the license must be activated within the first 30 days of purchase. Failure to meet this requirement may void any refund or support request.
